All orders are acknowledged via fax within 24 hours of receipt. Graphic Dimensions offers complete composition services, with no charge for standard composition. Custom composition (ie., medical forms, terms and conditions backers, etc.) is available for a $40.00 fee.

Software Accepted

Graphic Dimensions uses the Macintosh platform with computer-to-plate (C2P) capability. We can accept documents created in the following software applications:

Forms Designer 2.8.2	QuarkXPress 7.2	Indesign CS2
Freehand 10	PageMaker 7.0	FormsX
Photoshop CS2	MicroSoft Excel	Microsoft Word
Illustrator CS2	PDF

Logos should be in TIFF or EPS format, or included in the Postscript file. Please include all fonts and images with your document. Files may be emailed to prepress@graphicdimensions.net.

General Information

Ink:	Heat-resistant, soybean-based inks are used on all products.
17 Standard Ink Colors:	Black, Reflex Blue, Process Blue, PMS 300 Blue, PMS 314 Blue, PMS 320 Teal, PMS 464 Brown, PMS 469 Brown, PMS 470 Brown, PMS 471 Brown, PMS 185 Red, PMS 201 Burgundy, PMS 208 Burgundy, PMS 347 Green, PMS 348 Green, PMS 423 Gray, PMS 151 Orange
Fastening:	Crimping both margins is standard.
File holes:	Standard and non-standard file holes are available.
Lock-up:	3/16" lock-up is required on short-run orders. 3/8" lock-up is required on quantities greater than 10,000.
Numbering:	Crashed off-line; 6-digit gothic arabic bleed-thru is standard. Up to 10 digits are available.
Overrun/underrun:	All orders are subject to 10% overrun/underrun (labels and double-window envelopes excepted).
Perforations:	Full or partial, horizontal and vertical perforations are available. Multiple perf configurations are also available.
Padding:	Available with or without chipboard.
Fan-Apart Gluing:	Available on All Carbonless Papers
Cartons:	40# ECT - Strongest in the industry. Custom-printed cartons are available.
Special Packaging:	The charge for non-standard packaging is $.50 per carton. The charge for non-standard shrink wrapping is $.25 per package.
